There is established a Water Department in the
City of Ventnor City.
[Amended 6-4-1979 by Ord. No. 7904]
A member of the Board of Commissioners shall
serve as the Commissioner in charge of said Water Department, and
said Commissioner shall have the full authority to appoint such members
to the Water Department as he shall deem necessary to effect its full
and efficient operation.
