Beginning after January 1, 1915, Ventnor City
will collect and haul away, as is hereinafter provided, ashes and
rubbish.

As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
TRASH
Items that are picked up by the Atlantic County Utilities
Authority (www.acua.com).
All ashes and rubbish intended for removal must
be placed in receptacles or securely fastened together and be of reasonable
size for ready handling and be placed adjacent to the highway for
delivery to the City collector. Collections shall be made at such
time as the Board of Commissioners may from time to time direct. Ashes
shall not be mixed with any other refuse. Papers shall be kept separate
from other refuse and ashes and shall be securely tied or fastened
together in bundles.

In all instances, the citizens of the City of
Ventnor City shall comply with the trash and garbage removal specifications
and contracts as are currently in force.
