The Commissioners of Ridgely will shut off water
service to a property connected to the municipal water system and
will restore water service to said property upon the request of a
property owner and the payment of a servicing charge.

A.
The established servicing charge for shutoff of water
service and for restoration of water service at the request of the
landowner shall be $25 for each service.
B.
The servicing charge must be paid before shutoff or
restoration services are performed at the request of the property
owner.
C.
In the event of disconnection of water services for
nonpayment of water bills, the charge for disconnection shall be $50
and shall be added to and become a part of any overdue water charges.
All charges must be paid in full before service can be restored.
