There is hereby created the position of Clerk of the Works.
The Clerk of the Works shall supervise the construction of the Riverdale
Library or any other construction project that may be authorized by the Mayor
and Council.
The Clerk of the Works shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the
consent of the Council.
