§ 105-3 Prohibited behavior.

No person except an officer of the law in performance of duties, shall enter upon or remain upon the premises of another with the intention of peeking, spying, or looking into the window, door or other aperture of a house or structure in any manner or upon any person or persons therein.

§ 105-4 Violations and penalties.

Any person found violating this bylaw shall be subject to arrest and any person convicted of this offense shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $20 for each offense.
