It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to engage in drinking
any alcoholic beverage, including but not limited to wine, malt beer or other
brewed beverages, liquor, whiskey or any combination thereof upon any of the
streets, highways, alleys, designated parks, ball fields, recreational areas,
commons, unoccupied lots of land or in unoccupied buildings within the Borough
of Monaca.
This chapter shall be excepted on the premises of Allaire Park. Aforesaid
alcoholic beverages may be consumed at Allaire Park upon those parties acquiring
a permit to do so from the Recreation Director. Said permit shall be acquired
by application as prescribed by the Recreation Board.
