Chapter 194 of the Laws of 1938
An act to provide a Charter for the City of
Peekskill. Became a law March 29,1938, with the approval of the Governor.
Passed on emergency message by a two-thirds
vote.
The People of the State of New York, represented
in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows:
