City of Peekskill, NY Article XV Civil Service

§ C190 Administration of State Civil Service Law.

The Civil Service Law of the State of New York shall be administered in the City of Peekskill by the Personnel Officer of the County of Westchester in the manner and to the extent provided by law for local administration.

§ C191 Administration of other personnel matters.

All personnel matters in the City of Peekskill, other than those matters required to be administered pursuant to the Civil Service Law of the State of New York under one of the optional forms of local civil service administration, shall be administered by the City Manager, subject to any inconsistent provision of general, special or local law.
