LATE FEE
A $50 PER MONTH late fee will be assessed for all Board of Health licenses and permit applications received after March 31st. A late fee shall not apply to a new business that just opened after March 31st of the current licensing year; the annual fee shall apply.
VIOLATION
The South Plainfield Health Officer has the discretion to issue a summons for those who do not obtain a required permit or license
