The City of Vineland shall forthwith be divided into not fewer than six wards nor more than 10 wards, the lines and boundaries of which shall be fixed and defined by Commissioners appointed by the Mayor, by and with the consent of the Council of this City, in accordance with the statute in such case made and provided.
After the passage of this article, the Mayor shall, with the advice and consent of the City Council, appoint four Commissioners who shall be residents and legal voters of this City, and not more than two of whom shall be of the same political party, to fix and define the lines and boundaries of such wards.

The City of Vineland is hereby divided into six wards.
The First Ward shall comprise all that territory and its inhabitants in the City of Vineland lying in the area within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the center of Scotland Run with the northerly City line, thence:
A.
Along the northerly City line southeastwardly to the center of Wheat Road;
B.
Along the center of Wheat Road westwardly to the center of Pennsylvania Railroad;
C.
Along the center of Pennsylvania Railroad southwardly to the center of Park Avenue;
D.
Along the center of Park Avenue westwardly to the center of Delsea Drive;
E.
Along the center of Delsea Drive northwardly to the center of Almond Road;
F.
Along the center of Almond Road westwardly to the center of Maurice River;
G.
Along the center of Maurice River northwardly to the center of Weymouth Road;
H.
Along the center of Scotland Run northwardly to the northerly City line and place of beginning.
The Second Ward shall comprise all that territory and its inhabitants in the City of Vineland lying in the area within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at a point in the center of Maurice River and the southerly City line, thence:
A.
Along the City line southeastwardly to the center of the Pennsylvania Reading Seashore Line;
B.
Along the center of said railroad northwardly to the center of Chestnut Avenue;
C.
Along the center of Chestnut Avenue westwardly to the center of West Avenue;
D.
Along the center of West Avenue northwardly to the center of Landis Avenue;
E.
Along the center of Landis Avenue eastwardly to the center of the Pennsylvania Railroad;
F.
Along the center of the Pennsylvania Railroad northwardly to the center of Park Avenue;
G.
Along the center of Park Avenue westwardly to the center of Delsea Drive;
H.
Along the center of Delsea Drive northwardly to the center of Almond Road;
I.
Along the center of Almond Road westwardly to the center of Maurice River;
J.
Along the center of Maurice River southwardly to the City line and the place of beginning.
The Third Ward shall comprise all that territory and its inhabitants in the City of Vineland lying in the area within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the centers of Landis Avenue and West Avenue, thence:
A.
Along the center of Landis Avenue eastwardly to the center of East Avenue;
B.
Along the center of East Avenue southwardly to the center of Chestnut Avenue;
C.
Along the center of Chestnut Avenue westwardly to the center of Seventh Street;
D.
Along the center of Seventh Street southwardly to the center of Paul Street;
E.
Along the center of Paul Street westwardly to the center of the Pennsylvania Railroad;
F.
Along the center of the Pennsylvania Railroad northwardly to the center of Chestnut Avenue;
G.
Along the center of Chestnut Avenue westwardly to the center of West Avenue;
H.
Along the center of West Avenue northwardly to the center of Landis Avenue and place of beginning.
The Fourth Ward shall comprise all that territory and its inhabitants in the City of Vineland lying in the area within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the centers of Landis Avenue and the Pennsylvania Railroad, thence:
A.
Along the center of Pennsylvania Railroad northwardly to the center of Wheat Road;
B.
Along the center of Wheat Road eastwardly to the northerly City line;
C.
Along the City line southeastwardly to the center of Brewster Road;
D.
Along the center of Brewster Road southwardly to the center of Landis Avenue;
E.
Along the center of Landis Avenue westwardly to the center of the Pennsylvania Railroad and place of beginning.
The Fifth Ward shall comprise all that territory and its inhabitants in the City of Vineland lying in the area within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the centers of East Avenue and Landis Avenue, thence:
A.
Along the center of Landis Avenue eastwardly to the center of Main Road;
B.
Along the center of Main Road southwardly to the center of Sherman Avenue;
C.
Along the center of Sherman Avenue westwardly to the center of the Pennsylvania Railroad;
D.
Along the center of the Pennsylvania Railroad northwardly to the center of Paul Street;
E.
Along the center of Paul Street eastwardly to the center of Seventh Street;
F.
Along the center of Seventh Street northwardly to the center of Chestnut Avenue;
G.
Along the center of Chestnut Avenue eastwardly to the center of East Avenue;
H.
Along the center of East Avenue northwardly to the center of Landis Avenue and place of beginning.
The Sixth Ward shall comprise all that territory and its inhabitants in the City of Vineland lying in the area within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the center of Brewster Road with the northerly City line, thence:
A.
Along the northerly City line southeastwardly to the center of Manumuskin River;
B.
Along the center of Manumuskin River southwardly to the center of Forge Avenue;
C.
Along the center of Forge Avenue northwestwardly to the Maurice River Township line;
D.
Along the Maurice River Township line southwestwardly to the southerly City line;
E.
Along the southerly City line northwestwardly to the center of the Pennsylvania Railroad;
F.
Along the center of the Pennsylvania Railroad northwardly to the center of Sherman Avenue;
G.
Along the center of Sherman Avenue eastwardly to the center of Main Road;
H.
Along the center of Main Road northwardly to the center of Landis Avenue;
I.
Along the center of Landis Avenue eastwardly to the center of Brewster Road;
J.
Along the center of Brewster Road northwardly to the northerly City line and place of beginning.
