Pursuant to § 7-728, Subdivision 1, of Village Law of the
State of New York, the Planning Board of the Village of Lowville is hereby
authorized and empowered to:
A.
Approve, modify and approve or disapprove plats showing
lots, blocks sites, with or without streets or highways.
B.
Conditionally approve preliminary plats.
C.
Approve the development of plats, entirely or partially
undeveloped, which have been filed in the office of the County Clerk of Lewis
County.
Before such approval is given, a public hearing shall be held by the
Planning Board.
