Planning Commission — See Ch. 34.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Urban Redevelopment Law, Act of May 24, 1945, P.L. 991, as amended,[1] there is hereby created a Vacant Property Review Committee to function within the Borough of Marcus Hook and which shall exercise all powers and be subject to all limitations as provided in said Act.

The membership of the Vacant Property Review Committee shall consist of the following persons:
A. 
A member of Borough Council.
B. 
A representative of the County of Delaware Redevelopment Authority.
C. 
A representative of the Borough Planning Commission.
D. 
A representative appointed by the chief executive officer of the Borough of Marcus Hook.
E. 
A representative of the Marcus Hook Community Development Corporation.
The Chairman of the Vacant Property Review Committee shall be appointed by the President of the Borough Council from those persons identified in § 57-2. The members of the Committee shall select from among themselves a Vice Chairman, a Secretary and such other officers as the Committee may determine.
