This chapter shall be known and referred to
as the "Rules and Regulations Governing the Health Aspects of Food
Establishments."
The purpose of the Rules and Regulations Governing
the Health Aspects of Food Establishments is to prevent the introduction
and spread of infectious or contagious diseases and food poisonings
in food establishments. Prevention is achieved through public health
methods of control.
