All persons desiring to operate a bowling alley or bowling establishment
within the corporate limits of the Village of Stratford shall make
application to the Village Clerk, who shall present such application
to the Village Board at the next regular meeting after the filing
of said application. If the Board, by majority vote, approves the
granting of such license, the applicant shall pay a fee as set by
the Village Board for a license to operate such an establishment.
The licensing year shall begin on July 1 in each and every year,
and any application filed after that date shall pay the full yearly
licensing fee.
