Editor's Note: This ordinance was approved by the voters
in a mandatory referendum held 5-24-1958. It appeared as original
Ch. 4 of the 1964 compilation.
It shall be lawful for any organization, upon obtaining a license
therefor as hereinafter provided, to conduct the game of bingo within
the territorial limits of the Village of Mount Morris, subject to
the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of Article 14-H (§§ 475
through 499) of the General Municipal Law and the provisions of the
State Bingo Control Law.[1]
