A. 
The following fire lanes be and hereby are established in the Village of Mount Morris, Livingston County, New York:
(1) 
An alleyway extending westerly from the west line of Main Street to the east line of Clinton Street. Said alleyway runs approximately parallel to State Street on the north and Chapel Street on the south.
(2) 
An alleyway extending northerly from the north line of State Street to the south line of Trumbull Street. Said alleyway is approximately parallel to Main Street on the east and Clinton Street on the west.
(3) 
An alleyway extending southerly from the south line of Hopkins Street to the north line of Elm Street. Said alleyway is approximately parallel to Main Street on the east and Stanley Street on the west.
(4) 
An alleyway extending southerly from the south line of Elm Street to the north line of the Veterans of Foreign Wars property (parking lot). Said alleyway is approximately parallel to Main Street on the east and Stanley Street on the west.
(5) 
An alley bounded on the west by Main Street, on the north by the south line of Tax Map parcel #106.19-1-31 (now owned by J & K Construction, 81 Main Street); on the south by the north line of Tax Map parcel #106.19-1-32 (now owned by Sonia Marie Coniglio, 83 Main Street); and on the east by a west line of a portion of Tax Map parcel 106.19-1-30 (Dawna L. Dale). Said alley is approximately 9 1/2 feet in width and 112 feet in length. In the interest of public safety there shall be no parking at all, at any time in said alley above designated as a fire lane.

All of the foregoing alleyways are as shown on the official corporation map of the Village of Mount Morris by Monroe D. Baker, dated November 5, 1925.
In the interest of public safety, there shall be no parking at all, at any time, on either side of the alleyways above delineated as fire lanes.
