A.
No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage,
destroy, uncover, deface, fill over or tamper with any structure,
appurtenance, manhole or equipment which is a part of the sewage collection
system or water pollution control facility.
B.
No persons shall make connections, alterations or repairs to the
sewage collection system without a permit issued by the Superintendent.
