[Ordinance 41, May 5, 1869, as reenacted by Ordinance 7, June 22, 1887]
The Lewisburg, Centre and Spruce Creek Railroad Company have free right of way on Mill Street through the Borough limits from the east end of the Borough to the western limits: the use of Mill street for its ordinary purposes is reserved to the use of the public in such manner as not to interfere with the business of the said Railroad Company on the track of the railroad.
