A. 
No person shall dive, jump or swim into the Hudson River from any premises, piers or structures in which the Village has a property interest, either as the owner, lessee or easement holder, except in such areas specifically designated for such purpose by the Board of Trustees of the Village.
B. 
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to a penalty not exceeding $50 for the first offense and $100 for every offense thereafter, and, in addition thereto, a violation of this section shall constitute disorderly conduct and a person violating the same shall be deemed a disorderly person.
