No person, when acting as principal or as agent for another, shall conduct in any store in this Village, the sale of goods which shall be represented or advertised as a bankrupt stock, or as assignee stock, or as goods damaged by fire or otherwise, or by any such like representation or device, without first taking out a license therefor from the Clerk of the Village.
The amount of the fee for such license shall be $10 for each sale.
Any person convicted for violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a fine of $25 for each and every offense, and in addition thereto, a violation of this chapter shall constitute disorderly conduct, and any person violating the same shall be deemed a disorderly person.
