[Adopted 4-10-1986 by Ord. No. 555 (Ch. 10, Part 6, of the
1985 Code of Ordinances)]
All businesses shall have an operating sanitary toilet and hand-wash
basin facility located on the business premises for the use of the
business employees, manager, workmen, agents and owners.
The required toilet and hand-wash basin facility shall be in
compliance with all plumbing ordinances and meet all standards of
the plumbing trade. Said facilities shall be property connected to
the public water and sewer system of the Borough of Trainer.
Any business existing at the time of the passage of this article
which shall not have the required toilet and hand-wash basin facilities
shall install the same within 90 days after the passage of this article.

Anyone violating any provision of this article shall be guilty
of a summary offense and punishable by a maximum fine of $600 and/or
maximum prison term of 90 days.
