The Board of Assessment Review shall be comprised of five members,
each of whom shall be appointed by the Common Council for five year
terms, one of which shall expire on September 30 of each year.
The specific powers and duties of the Assessment Board of Review
shall be as provided for in the state Real Property Tax Law.
