The Borough reserves
the right to change or amend, from time to time, these Rules and Regulations
and the rates for water or sewer service.
If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision
of these Rules and Regulations shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication
shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or
provision invalidated and the remainder of these Rules and Regulations
shall be valid and enforceable.
This ordinance, in the form of Rules and Regulations, and all
subsequent revisions shall take effect immediately upon final passage
and publication as required by law.
All ordinances and resolutions or parts thereof inconsistent
with this ordinance (Rules and Regulations) are hereby repealed.
