GENERAL REFERENCES
Peace and good order — See Ch. 354.
No person shall operate or cause to be operated a skateboard
at or on the entire Town Square in the Borough of Glassboro.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
Any person violating any of the terms and provisions of this
chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished for such offense by a
fine not to exceed $2,000, or by the imprisonment for not more than
90 days, or a period of community service for not more than 90 days,
or any combination thereof, at the discretion of the Municipal Court
Judge.
