A.
A Tree Stewardship Committee is hereby created.
B.
The Committee shall consist of at least one Borough resident who
is a certified tree tender or who has a degree in forestry, or is
an arborist or the like, as approved by the Borough Manager.
C.
There shall be no more than three stewards who shall serve at will
of the Manager.
D.
The Committee shall not receive any remuneration or have the authority
to spend Borough funds.
