A. 
As a prerequisite to the confirmation of nominations made by the Mayor or appointments to municipal boards, commissions and committees made by the Municipal Council, the Municipal Council shall be furnished with background information and/or interview such nominations made by the Mayor or appointments to municipal boards, commissions and committees made by the Municipal Council.
B. 
Said background information may be a resume or curriculum vitae or any other information that provides a history of the qualifications of nominations made by the Mayor or appointments to municipal boards, commissions and committees made by the Municipal Council.
