Except in the case of fire or where authorized in writing by
the Mayor or his/her designee, no person shall open any Town water
hydrant, nor lift or remove the cover thereof, nor make any opening
in or connection with any Town pipe or reservoir, nor turn on or off
the water from any Town fire hydrant, pipe, reservoir, or fountain.
For the purposes of this Part 1, each successive day on which
any violation is committed or continued shall be deemed a separate
offense.
