The New Jersey Safe Drinking Water Act is hereby adopted as regulated by N.J.A.C. 7:10-12.1 to 43, including any amendments thereto, by reference herein.

The Camden County Department of Health and Human Services is hereby recognized and designated as the agency to receive applications; issue licenses or permits; conduct inspections and provide enforcement of the regulations in regard to the standards adopted in this article.
A. 
No person shall locate, construct or alter any water supply until a permit for the location, construction or alteration of said water supply shall have been issued.
The fees and charges for services in this article shall be fixed by the County of Camden, collected by and payable to the Camden County Department of Health and Human Services.
A. 
Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of or any order promulgated under this article shall upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.); imprisonment of not more than ninety (90) days or both a fine and imprisonment.
