A.
No person shall apply or cause to be applied any pesticide from a
helicopter or other airborne vehicle without first making suitable
permit application with the Director of Health and Welfare of the
Township of East Brunswick.
B.
No permit shall be issued until the Director of Health and Welfare
is satisfied that the applicant has sufficient experience, facilities,
equipment and proficiency to carry out properly such extermination
with a maximum degree of safety.
C.
No person shall apply pesticides in a manner that causes or may tend
to cause either unreasonable damage to non-target areas or unreasonable
harm and injury to persons.
