No person shall surreptitiously or sneakingly invade the privacy
of another by peering into the windows or other openings of private
dwelling places; and, in addition thereto, no person shall surreptitiously
or sneakingly invade the privacy of another by peering into the windows
or other openings of private or public facilities made available to
an individual or the general public as lavatory facilities or dressing
rooms for no lawful purpose.
