A.
Trucks
registered four tons gross weight or over are hereby excluded from
the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X except from
the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, said Schedule
X attached to and made a part of this chapter.
Any violation of this section shall result in a mandatory court
appearance as well as a fine of no less than $250 and no more than
$2,000.
