Unless otherwise provided for by the general law, and in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 40A:60-6(b)(3), all officers and employees of the borough
shall be exempt from any requirement to be a resident of the borough
either at the time of appointment or employment or during the course
of such appointment or employment.
