of decisions made on any such application shall be governed by the
provisions of this chapter.
Any owner or agent, and any person or corporation who shall violate
any of the provisions of this chapter, or fails to comply herewith
with any of the requirements hereof, or who shall erect, structurally
alter, enlarge, rebuild or move any building or buildings, or any
structure, or who shall put into use any lot or land in violation
of any detailed statement or plan submitted hereunder, or who shall

Severability. If any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause
or phrase of this chapter is for any reason held to be unconstitutional
or invalid, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions
of this chapter.
Any and all other ordinances or parts thereof in conflict or inconsistent
with any of the terms of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent
of such conflict or inconsistency, provided however, that the adoption
of this chapter shall not prevent or bar the continuance or institution
of any proceedings for offenses heretofore committed or violations
heretofore occurring in violation of any existing ordinances of the
Borough of Wenonah.
This chapter is an amendment of the existing Land Subdivision Ordinance,
Zoning Ordinance and all other land use ordinances, and shall re-establish
and continue the various boards and municipal agencies. Any prior
violation of the repealed ordinances shall not be waived by the adoption
of this chapter, unless by the terms hereof such violations shall
ceased to exist.
