Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of the streets described in Schedule I (§ 221-96), attached and made a part of this chapter.
A.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the maximum speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 221-97) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
B.
No person shall drive a vehicle through a highway construction or
maintenance work area at a speed in excess of the posted work area
speed limit. The agency having jurisdiction over the affected street
or highway may establish work area speed limits which are less than
the normally posted speed limits.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 221-98), in the areas described in said Schedule III, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 221-99), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets within the
Village of Mount Morris.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§ 221-100), attached hereto and made a part hereof.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 221-101), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 221-102), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Traffic control devices shall be installed on each street intersecting the through street.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 221-105), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
A.
Except for local pickup and/or delivery of materials, no truck, tractor-trailer combination or any vehicle, except school buses, with a gross weight in excess of five tons shall be permitted on the streets within the Village. This regulation shall not pertain to streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ 221-106).
B.
Storage or parking of commercial vehicles over 10,000 pounds'
gross vehicle weight (GVW) (trucks and tractor-trailer combinations)
is prohibited in Residential (R) Districts.
All rules set forth in accordance with § 1629, Closed
or restricted bridges; penalties for noncompliance, of the Vehicle
and Traffic Law of the State of New York. Traffic and parking regulations
are hereby established as follows for the VanDorn Avenue bridge over
Allen's Creek.
