No person shall intentionally operate a motor vehicle on any unpaved surfaces or lawns located upon any municipal or public school property within the Borough.

No person shall:
A. 
Mutilate or remove any notice or damage, destroy or remove any warning sign or signal or remove any barricade placed or posted on any highway in connection with or relating to the closing of any road.
B. 
Drive any vehicle over or upon the closed portion of any highway.
C. 
Violate any rule or regulation for the use of any highway.
A. 
No person shall obstruct or otherwise interfere with the appropriate use of handicap parking areas or fire zones. This includes, though is not limited to, the placing or maintaining of any blockage, barriers or physical obstructions in said areas or the placing of or failure to remove ice or snow in these areas thus interfering with their designated use. The violation includes not only the person creating the impediment or interference but also the property owner or tenant who suffers the interference or impediment to the use to continue.
B. 
In addition to the penalties provided in § 1-16 of Chapter 1 of the Code, any violator of this section shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Borough in removing or abating the interference or impediment.
