Whenever bingo games or raffles are being conducted anywhere on premises
licensed for the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages, the licensee
shall not sell, serve or deliver or allow to be sold, served, delivered or
consumed any alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises during the period
between the commencement of the first game and the conclusion of the last
game or during the conduct of a raffle.[1]

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-31, bingo establishments within the Borough
may be licensed to operate on Sundays.
