The Madison Fire Department shall consist of a paid Fire Chief, two
paid Captains, two Volunteer Battalion Chiefs, paid fire fighters and volunteer
fire fighters and shall be divided into a Paid Division and a Volunteer Division,
as hereafter set forth.
The Council of the Borough of Madison may, by resolution, from time
to time adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to ensure the
proper and efficient operation of the Madison Fire Department.
