Pursuant to Act 58 of 1995 of the General Assembly
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania adopted October 31, 1995,[1] the salary of the Mayor of Media is hereby set and established
at $5,000 per year as of January 1, 1996.

Pursuant to Act 58 of 1995 of the General Assembly
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania adopted October 31, 1995, the
salary of the Council President is hereby set and established at $5,000
per year as of January 1, 1996.
Pursuant to Act 58 of 1995 of the General Assembly
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania adopted October 31, 1995, the
salary of the Councilmen of the Borough of Media is hereby set and
established at $2,500 per year as of January 1, 1996.
This article shall be effective immediately,
and the said salary rate shall be payable to all persons eligible
to receive the increase.
