A.
Except as provided by law, any person who violates
or permits, aids or abets in the violation of any provision of this
Part 2 may have any medallion, registration or driver's license issued
under this Part 2 suspended or revoked and shall be subject to a fine
of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000, imprisonment for a term
not to exceed 90 days, or both.

B.
A separate offense is deemed to arise on each day
during which a violation occurs or continues.
