A. 
All trucks (and/or commercial vehicles and/or tractors and/or tractor-trailer combinations) in excess of the designated weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX.
B. 
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded.[1]

A. 
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI are hereby designated as play streets for purposes of such activities as sledding and coasting. Such streets shall be closed to all vehicles at such times as shall be designated by the Police Chief or his authorized designee whenever such action shall be deemed advisable.
B. 
The closing of any street or part of street as provided above shall be indicated by the placing of appropriate signs and barriers.
C. 
Such streets may be used by vehicles in case of emergency or with special permission of the Police Chief or his authorized designee, and all persons using such street for play purposes shall be cleared therefrom by the police officer or person in charge.
