It shall be the duty of every physician treating an individual who resides
in the Borough to report diseases in accordance with Chapter 14 of the State
Sanitary Code.
It shall be the duty of each individual or his parent or guardian or
other responsible person to report to the Board of Health, all diseases in
accordance with Chapter 14 of the State Sanitary Code.
Hospitalization or isolation shall be carried out as provided by the
State Sanitary Code.
