The Borough Clerk shall collect a fee from prospective
bidders for each set of specifications provided to such prospective
bidder.
The amount to be charged for each set of specifications
shall be $25. Where a map is included with the specifications, there
shall be an additional charge of $2 per page for such map. The amount
of these charges may be amended by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Ridgefield by resolution, without the necessity of passing an ordinance.
