Any restaurant or establishment serving food
to the public in Cedar Grove and having a seating capacity of more
than eight customers on stools, chairs, benches or a combination of
seating arrangements which allows more than eight customers to sit
at once will be required to have rest room facilities accessible to
patrons at all times when the food-serving establishment is open to
the public. These rest room facilities will be subject to inspection
requirements of the Cedar Grove Health Department and the State of
New Jersey.
