Whenever used herein the following respective
terms, unless otherwise therein expressly defined, shall mean and
include each of the meanings herein respectively set forth.
Shall be deemed to include all of the playground area, open
spaces, entrances and approaches to the Floral Park Village Playground,
including parking fields used in connection herewith.
Any ordinance duly adopted, posted and published in accordance
with Village Law.
Any natural person, firm, association, copartnership, joint
stock association or corporation owning, operating or having the exclusive
use of a vehicle, animal or other property under a lease or otherwise.
Any person employed to perform duties prescribed by the Board
of Trustees in the playground.
Any path or trail maintained for pedestrians.
Any written license issued by or under the authority of the
Board of Trustees permitting the performance of a specified act or
acts, or issued to members of the Floral Park swimming pool for the
purpose of identification and admission thereto.
Any natural person, firm, association, copartnership, company,
joint stock association or corporation.
Any space within any drive in the playground established
for pedestrians.
Any water area designated as a bathing, swimming or wading
area.
That general area surrounding the pools excluding areas designated
for dressing, eating, etc.
That area immediately bordering the pool and designed for
access to the water.
All the area encompassed in the developed pool facility inside
the entrance gate to the pool.
Any vehicle propelled by motor power.
Whenever not used with modifying words or qualifications,
"Village" shall mean the Incorporated Village of Floral Park, New
York.
The person employed by the Board of Trustees to administer
and supervise the operation of the swimming pool. This term shall
also include the Assistant Pool Director.
The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Floral
Park, New York.
