The real estate and occupation taxes imposed
by the Borough of Brookville for the tax year 1993 and subsequent
years may be paid to the Tax Collector, at the option of the taxpayer,
in installments as follows:
The election to pay said taxes in installments,
the method of payment, the addition of penalties and interest, and
all other details of payment and collection shall be as provided by
the Act of May 25, 1945, P.L. 1050, § 11, [1] as amended by Act of December 13, 1982, P.L. 1201, No.
275, § 5, or any Act amending, supplementing or supplanting
such Act.
