Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.1 et seq., there is hereby established a system of truck routes in the Township of Mantua, consisting of those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 143-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter, and all trucks having a total combined gross weight of vehicle-plus-load in excess of four tons shall be excluded, except for the pickup or delivery of materials, from all streets in the Township of Mantua except those streets which form part of the system of truck routes upon which such trucks are permitted to travel and operate.

All trucks having a total combined registered
gross weight in excess of four tons are hereby excluded from Schaub
Road between Jessup Mill Road and Harrison Avenue in the Township
of Mantua, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on said
street, for emergency purposes or for the repair of the roadway or
utilities located in or along such roadway.

All commercial vehicles shall be prohibited
from traveling over, using or proceeding onto Tonkin Street and Hill
Street except for local deliveries and service to residences located
along said streets.
