Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon
conviction thereof, pay a penalty of not less than $10 nor more than $100
for each violation. The court may further order the trailer vacated and removed
from the premises. Such an order shall be in writing and executed not less
than 10 days after notice to remove or vacate is given to the trailer owner
and occupant.
Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate
offense.
