The speed limit for both directions of traffic
along Harbour Drive in Palmyra Harbour is hereby established as 25
miles per hour.
Such regulatory and warning signs as are authorized
by the Department of Transportation shall be erected and maintained
to effect the above-designated speed limit.
This article shall take effect upon its final
adoption, publication of notice according to law and approval by the
Commissioner of Transportation.
