Attorney fees incurred on behalf of Wilson Borough
in the collection or enforcement of any delinquent account or other
charge or obligation due to the Borough shall be charged to the owner,
occupant or user of the property or service giving rise to such account,
charge or obligation and shall be assessed as part of the municipal
claim or lien for the same at the rate of $70 per hour.
