Mid-block crosswalks are hereby established and maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XXI (§ 485-54), attached to and made a part of this chapter, as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, either in accordance with a sketch dated and numbered as indicated or an approval letter.
